By purchasing any service from CodemeOnline, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and customized work, all purchases are generally non-refundable once work has started or digital access has been provided.
2. Eligible Refunds
A refund may only be considered if:
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction).
- CodemeOnline is unable to start the project within the agreed timeline for reasons solely under our control.
- We cancel your order before any work begins.
- A technical issue permanently prevents delivery of a purchased digital product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.

4. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has already started, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If partial work has been completed, any refund will be at CodemeOnline's sole discretion after deducting charges for completed work, software licenses, third-party expenses, and administrative costs.
5. Subscription Services
Monthly and yearly subscriptions remain active until cancelled.
Cancellation prevents future billing only.
No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
6. Client Delays
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or feedback for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.
Payments already made remain non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact CodemeOnline before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery of associated costs.
8. Third-Party Costs
Any amount paid for third-party services including domains, hosting, software licenses, APIs, cloud services, advertising platforms, payment gateway fees, SMS credits, email services, or similar providers cannot be refunded.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
